TEAM PHUN'S CUSTOM HAT PROGRAM!
Custom projects are a fundamental part of Team Phun’s DNA, it’s how we started! We love our customers and we love doing custom projects even more! Through our comprehensive design process with in-house graphic designers, and knowledgeable sales reps, Team Phun makes it happen!
Let’s talk custom hats. We have an amazing Custom Hat Program and this blog post will go over how the Program works from start to finish. We will be showcasing a project we did with a local business here in beautiful San Diego, CA. We worked with Nolita Hall, a European-Esque beer hall with delicious bites.
First thing’s first, our minimum order quantity for custom hats starts at 144 units and Team Phun provides a free quote for your order. When your order hits 300 units or more we also provide free artwork and a tech pack. Your tech pack contains all the technical information needed for the manufacturer to turn your design into a finished product.

STEP ONE: IDEATION
Brands/companies usually come to us with an idea, a vision of what they want to create that is a representation of their company/ brand/ philosophy. Team Phun can use your current logo to brand your hats, work with you to rebrand, or even create custom artwork.
STEP TWO: MOCK-UP / DIGITAL PROOF
Once your vision is established our graphic designers create a mock-up/digital proof for your brand/company. Team Phun typically will send your mock-up within a couple of business days.
STEP THREE: FINAL PRODUCT
Upon approval of mock-up/digital proof the finished product will be constructed, inspected, and shipped within 6-8 weeks.
