Summer is fast approaching and with that comes lazy days spent at the beach, trips to the waterpark, and even sunny days out boating and reeling in a catch. Of course, there’s one thing we all need on hand and that’s a towel! Not any towel will do, we want something attractive, soft to the touch, has the ability to show off your brand or logo, and of course, can effectively dry you off. Is that too much to ask? 100% COTTON TERRY VELOUR BEACH TOWEL

These towels are insanely soft and have a great heavyweight feel. The larger beach size is perfect for laying on the sand and the perfect size to dry off with! This towel works well with water-based ink prints leaving you with a soft touchable finish.

100% TURKISH COTTON TOWELS

This towel is a phavorite in the office! It’s simple yet provides an elevated look, cue tassels blowing in the breeze, can be worn as a cover-up after a swim, dries insanely quick, and when folded is so compact it can be easily thrown into a bag taking up almost no space! Quite the magical towel. Add some flair to your towel with embroidery or custom patch!

POLYESTER/COTTON TOWELS

This towel we utilize for our full sublimation prints. The soft polyester side is used for your print/logo and allows for edge-to-edge imaging. This provides you with a large canvas to show your brand off in a unique and useful way! The reverse side is cotton terry aiding in that perfect dry-off!

Case Study: Custom Towels

Client: Revelry Brewing Co. located in Charleston, SC.

Desired Product: Custom towels printed with a design created by their artist Chris Kemp

Towel/Printing Style: We used 100% cotton terry velour towels for this order and water-based ink for their design. Water-based ink provides customers with a smooth and soft finish, as the ink becomes absorbed by the fabric. Water-based inks are intended to allow for that soft barely-there touch, but leave you with an incredible design.

Step One: Ideation

Revelry Brewing Co. has in-house artist, Chris Kemp, who creates everything from the labels on the beer cans to the mural behind the bar. He created a custom design for the towels they wanted to sell in their retail shop. They opted for a red tone-on-tone design. Team Phun can rebrand or create custom artwork for any project!

Step Two: Digital Proof/Mockup

Once the style of towel was selected, a color chosen, and design confirmed, Team Phun graphic designers created a digital proof that was sent over to Revelry Brewing Co. for final approval before production commenced. (Typically Team Phun will have your digital proof sent over within two business days.)
