The details:
These straw hats are made of interwoven raffia straw fibers and an adjustable drawcord chin strap. A black comfort elastic sweatband lines the interior of the hat, keeping customers comfortable and the hat in place. The wide brim gives your clients the perfect sun protection that they’re looking for and keeps them cool in the heat.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Custom under-brim lining:
Already a great-looking hat on its own, make it stand out from the crowd with your business/brand’s logo or custom artwork on the under-brim of the hat! The under-brim lining is printed in full-color sublimation, allowing for intricate designs with lots of colors!

Custom Patch:
Team Phun loves a good patch! Create custom patches for your lifeguard hats or use your chosen artwork/image from the under-brim design and add it to a patch! We can create sublimated patches with your chosen artwork and embroider your logo/business creating a unique look that stands out.
Production:
Once artwork has been approved for both patches and under-brim lining, production will commence. These fully custom lifeguard hats have a 90-120 day turnaround time due to current production/distributors.
