The company provides custom B2B branding solutions for all vertical markets that are designed to increase brand recognition, promote events, or be used as resale merchandise. The company functions as a partner with contract vendors through a global supply chain delivering client products/services including custom apparel, promotional items, graphic design, event merchandising, digital marketing services, and more.
Job Summary:
Coordinate purchasing, production, quality control, logistics and facilitate activities in accordance with the policies, safety practices, principles and procedures established by the organization by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews and alters production costs, quality and inventory control programs to maintain work order profit margins and efficient operations workflow
Take responsibility of inventoried assets, quality assurance, inbound/outbound freight, warehouse safety and security, and process improvement
Maintain contact with sales executives and clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of work flow; ship dates, special needs, product substitutes, stock issues, and logistics in order to manage customer relationships. This includes creating and managing cases through work order management software and staying on track to achieve solutions in a timely manner
Interfaces with clients to resolve problems and offer solutions/alternatives when applicable in the production phase or in post production, assessing and implementing new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
Manage monthly inventory count for all assets to ensure system data reflects accurately, report deviations to Director of Operations to file a claim
Control of warehouse operations, including maximizing storage capacity, inventory retrieval, directional and instructional signage, accessibility, and process mapping
Organize and execute a sample management system. Incorporate Salesforce or new technology, to ensure accuracy, automation, visibility to team, and ease of use
Make suggestions to ownership to increase efficiency and effectiveness in safety, workflow, and circulation, including RFID software, API, or other system improvement
Forecast, allocate and manage Operations Support staff duties to ensure timely execution of all inbound and outbound shipments/freight, in-house production, pickups and deliveries to/from vendors and clients, and all other operations activities
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in a production workflow environment. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years manufacturing/engineering experience and understands work flow production schedules. Experience with fulfillment, marketing, production management, inventory management, or operations is a plus.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid Drivers License – Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
Must be a US Citizen or provide proof of authorization to work in the US
