Testing Checklist

Follow these steps to test the complete client workflow

Create a Test Account

This represents a client company (e.g., "Acme Corp")

Create a Test User linked to the Account

This is the client employee who will use the portal

Assign Invoices/Shipments to the Account

Go to Unmatched Items and assign test data to the account

View Portal as the Test User

Use "View as Client" to see exactly what the client sees

Verify Data Visibility

Confirm the user only sees their account's invoices and shipments
